TurboTax Personal Pro will be shutdown on October 25th.
Dear Personal Pro Community,
For the past three years TurboTax Personal Pro helped connect tax payers with tax preparers, however we are discontinuing the current product.
Starting October 26th, 2015 you will have the ability to export all of your tax documents and other data, such as contact information, by signing in and downloading a ZIP file. Please note that all information must be downloaded by November 30, 2015.

What happens with my information?
Through Personal Pro you will have access to all of your tax information until November 30th, 2015.
When will I be able to download my data?

How can I download my tax documents?
Tax documents and other information are available to download by signing-in to your account. After November 30th, 2015 you will no longer be able to access your returns.
Do I still have audit support?
Yes. Audit support will continue to be effective until July 31st, 2016. If you receive a tax authority notice or inquiry, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get you set up to speak with an expert.

We recommend continuing your partnership with your Pro to your file your taxes outside of Personal Pro. When you sign into your account, the contact information will be available.
